PRESENTATION: LAUGHTER YOGA
Mr. Volz spoke about the benefits of Laughter Yoga, a wellness practice that combines intentional laughter, breathing techniques, and gentle movement. He spoke on how laughter helpes bring fresh air into the lungs, encourage deeper breathing, and support overall relaxation and circulation.
Also, he spoke on how Laughter Yoga offers a simple way to reduce stress, lift mood, and engage in light, low-pressure physical activity at the same time.
